Dr. Otavio Pereira Rodrigues earned his medical degree in 2007 from the Federal University of Health Sciences of Porto Alegre in Brazil. Following this, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship training in Infectious Diseases at Oakland University William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan.
Throughout his career, Dr. Rodrigues has provided expert care for patients facing a broad range of infectious diseases, including but not limited to:
Bacterial, viral, and fungal infections, HIV/AIDS management & prevention, Hepatitis B and C, Bone and joint infections, Bloodstream infections, Travel-related infections, Complicated skin and soft tissue infections, Immunocompromised host infections
